Inter AS Provisioning enables an IP provider to provision differentiated traffic handling between multiple autonomous systems owned by IP Peering or IP Transit providers.

Provisioning and Invocation for QoS Transaction based services enables an IP provider to offer wholesale Session Services to IP Transit providers and Webco  applications providers. VELOX generates a monetized charge record for each QoS transaction and event.
